Contributions guide
How to contribute Tibia Hunt Analyzer data, earn reward points, progress through contributor ranks, display badges, and request perks.
What a contribution does
A contribution turns one real hunting session into reviewed information for a native Tibia Claims spawn. Accepted sessions can improve creature composition, kills per hour, Bestiary estimates, raw experience, profit, and incoming-damage information. They never change reservations or claim rules.
Open a supported physical spawn and select Contribute to begin. Virtual linked spawns do not accept hunting-session data.
Nevia (Read Only) uses a separate claim-board catalogue. Selecting Contribute there first sends you to an exact native spawn match when one exists. If it does not, use the linked Spawns directory to choose the correct native equivalent before submitting.
Before you start
- Sign in to TibiaClaims using your Discord account.
- Submit a genuine hunt that lasted at least one hour.
- Keep your complete Hunt Analyzer and Input Analyzer reports available.
- Prepare one JPEG, PNG, or WebP screenshot of the full Tibia window, no larger than 7 MB.
- For a team hunt, collect one Party Hunt Analyzer and note each teammate's vocation and level. Their Input Analyzers are optional.
The screenshot must show the character, equipment, Hunt Analyzer, and Input Analyzer together. Ideally, include the Cyclopedia Defensive Stats page as well so reviewers can understand your defensive context. Avoid including unrelated applications or private conversations. The image is visible only to authorized reviewers, becomes unavailable after 20 days, and is then removed through the private evidence-retention process.
Paste every report into Notepad, Notes, or another local text file and keep it until the contribution is successfully submitted. If the window closes or you find a bug, you can retry with the original evidence after the problem is fixed.
Enter the hunt
- Select your verified character. Its observed vocation, level, and world fill the matching context.
- Choose Solo, Duo, Trio, 4 people, or 5 people.
- Paste your Hunt Analyzer and Input Analyzer, then enter every listed resistance. Use 0% when no modifier applied, or a negative value when equipment increased damage received.
- For teams, paste the Party Hunt Analyzer. Names are imported read-only; enter each teammate's vocation and level.
- Party Loot Type describes loot distribution. Choose Tibia Market, NPC Price, or Mixed manually in the pricing-method field.
- Optionally add a teammate's Input Analyzer with all its resistances and select Credit this teammate.
- Choose pricing method and Boosts before preview. Your character's world supplies the pricing world.
- Attach the required full-window screenshot and confirm the evidence checklist.
- Create the preview and review the normalized values. Use Back to edit to change your retained inputs.
- Select Submit for review.
Teammate Input Analyzers are optional; each supplied report needs explicit resistances and adds incoming-damage evidence only for that teammate. Your own Hunt Analyzer supplies duration, Raw XP and creature composition. Party totals supply team loot, supplies and profit per hour, divided by your Hunt duration. Party time may differ by up to three minutes without a warning.
Equipment-resistance fields appear only for detected damage types and start blank. Values from -99% to 99% are accepted. Experience uses Raw XP/h. Party names and outgoing damage/healing totals are retained privately, including names not requesting credit. Outgoing totals never replace Input evidence. Raw pasted reports, session timestamps, boosted XP and looted-item rows are not retained.
Review and publication
Your submission stays private until it is accepted or denied. You can follow every submission in Your Submissions, including normalized solo/team totals, expandable member reports, the character names imported from your party report and the creature composition check. Account matching and private reviewer information are not included. An accepted session enters the public aggregate anonymously; other players do not see your Discord account, character name, raw Analyzer text, or screenshot.
A denied contribution changes no public data and awards no point. A valid later contribution can still improve the aggregate even when it is no longer eligible for another reward point.
How contribution points work
As the contributor, an eligible accepted contribution has an intended award of one point, or two points total when you include at least one teammate's complete Input Analyzer and resistances. Separately, each teammate you select for credit can earn one point when their character uniquely matches an eligible verified account and their own complete Input Analyzer and resistances are included. A name alone earns nothing. Existing limits count awarded points: for the same spawn, verified character, vocation, 100-level band and complete team composition, the two-point budget can leave a reduced or zero award. Solo and each materially different team composition have separate contexts.
Crossing into another 100-level band opens a new context only when the character is also at least 50 levels away from rewarded samples in other bands for the otherwise matching context. This prevents a hunt at level 999 and another at level 1001 from creating a new reward slot. Submitting after the limit is still allowed and may still improve spawn information.
Administrators may also award or remove points for work such as bug reports, catalogue corrections, missing spawns, testing discoveries, or other community help. Every movement remains visible in your private reward history.
Ranks, badges, and recognition
Your contributor rank uses lifetime valid earned points, not the points currently available to spend. Spending points on a perk does not lower your rank. A reversed or corrected award can lower the valid lifetime total. Rank names and thresholds are maintained by Tibia Claims administrators and may change.
Badges recognize particular kinds of contribution activity. Your Account page shows the badges you have unlocked and lets you select one. When contributor recognition is enabled and supported on a board, the selected badge—or your rank badge as a fallback—appears as an icon beside your claimant name. Your point total is not shown publicly, and recognition does not provide claim priority or staff permissions.
Hall participation later only records a preference for a possible future contributor page. No public Hall is available yet.
Spend points on perks
Open Account → Reward points to see your available balance, progression, badges, and point history. Select Request a perk to view the currently available rewards and their point costs.
A pending request reserves its cost. Approval spends those points after an administrator manually fulfils the request. Denial, withdrawal, or expiry releases the reservation without spending the points. A perk request does not automatically create or modify a Tibia Claims reservation.
If a submission fails
The form identifies whether the Hunt Analyzer, Input Analyzer, or Party Hunt Analyzer failed and explains the safe validation reason. For example, it can distinguish a missing section, unrecognized Party loot type, balance mismatch, or team-total mismatch without displaying or retaining your pasted report.
- Copy the complete Analyzer report, including its first heading line.
- Confirm the selected character is still verified and has current vocation and level data.
- For team hunts, include the Party Hunt Analyzer and every teammate's vocation and level.
- If requesting teammate credit, complete that teammate's Input Analyzer and every listed resistance.
- Make sure the required screenshot and confirmation are complete before preview.
- Do not reuse an Analyzer report or evidence screenshot that was already submitted.
- Retry temporary storage or service errors later without changing valid evidence.
Deliberately false, duplicate, misleading, or inappropriate evidence may be rejected and can lead to temporary claiming restrictions or account termination under the Terms. For help, check the FAQ or contact the Tibia Claims community.
