Discord guide
A player guide to registering characters and using Tibia Claims claim, favourite, and character commands in Discord.
Start using the bot
Use Tibia Claims commands only in a Discord server where the bot is connected to a native Tibia Claims server. Discord shows the commands available to you. Some servers are view-only, and a visible command can still be unavailable for your character, claim state, or that server's rules.
You can begin with ordinary supported commands without signing in on the website first. The bot uses your Discord identity to keep your characters, claims, and favourites connected privately.
You can sign in on the website later with the same Discord identity. Your existing characters, claims, favourites, restrictions, and history remain connected. The website is recommended for the full claim-board interface, private claim history, and future features that do not fit naturally into Discord commands.
Register and manage characters
- Run
/register_character startand enter the exact Tibia name. - Copy the temporary code from the private reply.
- Put it in the character's public Tibia.com comment and save it.
- Tibia Claims checks automatically about once a minute while the code is active, even if you leave Discord. Public Tibia data may take longer to show the updated comment.
A verification challenge lasts 60 minutes. The optional /register_character verify command checks immediately. Use /characters to list registered characters, /update_character_name after a confirmed Tibia rename, and /unregister to remove a character.
Create claims
Run /claim, then choose a character and hunting ground from Discord's suggestions or type their exact names. Include the area if more than one spawn has the same name. Enter start and end times. The claim is reserved only after the private result confirms it. The same rules apply as on the website, including conflicts, available claim time, temporary restrictions, and any enabled minimum-level requirement.
For a linked hunting ground, select the linked entry and choose at least two child grounds. Only those selected children are occupied. Use the child-selection menu to finish a linked claim.
Run /claim_right_now when it is available to start at the next allowed server-time increment. Where Discord exposes /claim_in_advance, it works only for an eligible verified character and cannot bypass other claim rules. In all three single-claim commands, you can select suggestions or enter exact character and spawn names; include the area when spawn names repeat. A community may, for example, distribute earlier-access places through a lottery.
Create several claims
Use /claim_multiple for a bounded list of scheduled claims. Items are processed in order, so an earlier accepted item can remain accepted if a later one fails; read the complete response.
List, change, or cancel claims
/claimslists your current claims./update_claimchanges one exact claim when the rules allow it./unclaimcancels one exact claim./unclaim_allconfirms before cancelling active and future claims./remaining_timeshows current claim-day time and right-now state.
Read the result after /unclaim. It remains a direct cancellation command and does not add a separate preview interaction.
Manage favourites and deletion
/favourite_area addsaves a hunting ground./favourite_area list, remove, andclearmanage saved favourites./favourite_area notificationschanges alerts where supported.
Website and Discord use the same saved favourites for a server. Run /delete_account only if you used Discord without connecting to the website. It shows a private confirmation before deletion. If you have connected to the website, use its Account page instead.
Reports and feedback
Use /report character:<name>to find another player's current or upcoming claims. Select the exact claim, then choose Continue report to enter the reason and details. Use /feedback for bugs or suggestions instead, and /my_reports for your private report status.
Where Discord report tickets are enabled, you need a verified character on that world (or active Test access) and membership in the selected Discord server. The claim board uses the community's saved invitation when one is available. Each claim report opens a private discussion with eligible reviewers; Discord owners and Administrators can also access it. Account history shows a link once the channel is ready. Feedback does not open a channel.
Closure archives available text before deleting the channel. Attachments are not archived. Text expires at the earlier of 180 days from reporting or 90 days after closure or withdrawal, including after account deletion. Read the ticket data notice before sharing information.
Get help safely
The bot keeps character and confirmation replies private when they contain personal information. Never share a private reply, verification code, login link, or token.
Read the rule or restriction named in a rejection before trying again. Ask the connected community team about server rules, or use the official Tibia Claims Discord for project help.
